Master Chef Chris Paul has been providing catering services in the local area under the name Wild Orchids Catering for the past 14 years, specializing in a fancier fare.  He is also involved in an Interactive Dining program, in which he cooks a five-course meal right before the diners.  Falci said fusion cooking, a blending of cuisines from different cultures, is a large part of what Interactive Dining is about.

Falci attended schools such as Johnson & Wales University, Palm Beach Community College, the New England Technical Institute and the Florida Culinary Institute.  He is certified in all cuisines.

With Chris's talent and experience, the Falci family hopes to make the cafe' a blessing for the community.
